Η φετινή καμπάνια τουριστικής προβολής του Δήμου Χανιών, με τίτλο "Chania: a journey to your senses", που φέρει την υπογραφή του γνωστού σκηνοθέτη Θοδωρή Παπαδουλάκη, απέσπασε μία πολύ σημαντική διάκριση στο 8^ο Film, Art & Tourism Festival “FilmAT” (http://www.filmat-festival.com/filmat-nagrody2013-en.html) που πραγματοποιήθηκε στις 23 Μαΐου στην Πολωνία.

Συγκεκριμένα η καμπάνια του Δήμου Χανίων κέρδισε το βραβείο στην κατηγορία καλύτερης σκηνοθεσίας (Award for the Best Direction). Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι στο διαγωνισμό συμμετείχαν τουριστικές καμπάνιες από όλο τον κόσμο. 

Σύμφωνα με το Δήμαρχο Χανίων Μανώλη Σκουλάκη «αυτή η διάκριση αποτελεί μία ακόμη επιβράβευση των ενεργειών της Δημοτικής Αρχής στο τομέα της τουριστικής προβολής ενισχύοντας τις προσπάθειες του Δήμου μας για αυξημένη εξωστρέφεια και εντονότερη παρουσία και συμμετοχή του στο διεθνές τουριστικό γίγνεσθαι».

Τέλος, ο Δήμαρχος Χανίων συνεχάρη τον σκηνοθέτη Θοδωρή Παπαδουλάκη για την σκηνοθετική διάκριση που πέτυχε η καμπάνια, ευχαριστώντας τον παράλληλά για τη συμβολή του στη τουριστική προβολή των Χανίων.

"Chania: a journey to your senses" tourism campaign won the Award for the Best Direction in the 8th Film,Art & Tourism Festival

This year'' s tourism promotion campaign of the Municipality of Chania, entitled "Chania: a journey to your senses", which bears the signature of famous film director Theo Papadoulakis, won a very important distinction in the 8th Film, Art & Tourism Festival "FilmAT" (http://www.filmat-festival.com/filmat-nagrody2013-en.html) held on 23 May in Poland.

Specifically, the campaign of Chania won the award in the category "Best Direction". It is worth noting that in the competition took part tourist campaigns from around the world.

According to the Mayor of Chania mr Emmanouil Skoulakis "this distinction is another one reward of the initiatives of the Municipal Authority in the field of tourism promotion, supporting our efforts for increased extroversion and greater presence and participation in the international tourist scene."

Moreover, Mayor of Chania congratulated the filmmaker Theo Papadoulakis for the directing award of campaign "Chania: a journey to your senses", thanking him parallels for his contribution to the tourist promotion of Chania.
